Dr Tania Pietrzak is a clinical psychologist and has over 24 years of experience providing cutting edge evidence based therapy to support wellbeing. We offer friendly, affordable, comprehensive mental health care for clients of all ages across a range of diverse mental health issues.
Dr Tania Pietrzak is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia, the Australian Psychological Society (Clinical College and Board Approved Supervisor) and is an eligible Medicare, Work Cover, DVA and TAC Provider.
Dr Tania Pietrzak is also an internationally recognised author, professional trainer in CBT, and researcher at La Trobe University (OTARC). Tania has received advanced training in a range of evidence based Cognitive Therapies including EMDR, DBT, Cognitive Therapy, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Hypnotherapy and Embodied Cognition.

Lauren Ho is a registered psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar. She has a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach when working with clients. Lauren aims to create a culturally safe and welcoming space for all individuals she works with and values the importance of establishing a collaborative therapeutic alliance.
She has work experience in public mental health and educational settings providing therapeutic support, diagnostic assessments, and co-facilitating psychoeducational workshops. Her previous work in public mental health has included working with people with psychosis, mood, anxiety, and personality disorders. She also has a particular interest in working with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities.
Lauren currently works with Children, Adolescents and Adults and draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR and Schema Therapy.
She also speaks conversational Malay and in her spare time, enjoys practicing yoga and going on hikes.

Sophie Chen is a registered psychologist who works with individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and interpersonal difficulties. Sophie has experience delivering therapeutic and behavioural interventions for neurodiverse youths. Sophie has experience assessing ADHD and screening for ASD and has a special interest in working in this area.
Sophie completed Psychology Double Major with Honours (Bachelor of Science) at the University of Western Australia, and Master of Professional Psychology at Murdoch University. Her background includes offering bilingual support in English and Chinese (Mandarin) to youth, staff, and families in primary, secondary and tertiary education settings. Sophie also speaks Japanese.
Sophie is passionate about building trusting and safe therapeutic relationships with clients of diverse backgrounds and age groups. Her approach is collaborative, empathetic, analytical and change-oriented. Sophie strives to be consistently flexible and reflective throughout her care for the client. She believes all struggles are capable of being reflected upon, and all reflections can become more manageable.
Sophie utilises components of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Brief Solution-Focused therapy, Self-Regulation, and Mindfulness techniques.

Janice Lai is a generalist psychologist, registered with the APS and ASORC (Rehabilitation counsellor), with experience working in workplace mental health, employment services (including disability employment services), injury rehabilitation, residential community mental health and disability settings. This has included providing support to individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, disability (ASD), psychosis, workplace challenges, injury management (psychological, physical and pain management) and more with the aim to build mental wellbeing. Janice also has some experience providing behaviour support and employment services to NDIS participants.
She strives to truly listen and approaches all elements of her work with clients in a conscientious, warm, respectful, and non-judgmental way. Janice draws from various evidence-based modalities in her practice including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Gottman style couples’ therapy. Janice has also run workshops in the community for mental health.
Janice is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia, is an eligible Medicare Provider and speaks conversational Cantonese and basic Mandarin. Janice works with adults, families, and couples. She enjoys playing volleyball, listening to podcasts, playing video games and painting. Janice’s research background is in depressive symptoms as early risk factors of Alzheimer’s disease. Janice’s special interests include parenting, couples and peri- and post-natal care.

Erin (she/her) is a registered psychologist and clinical psychology registrar who enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults, older adults and families.
Erin has a background in public mental health and aged care. She has experience working with people across the lifespan including children and works with a variety of presentations such as ADHD, adjustment difficulties, anxiety, autism, brain injury, cognitive difficulties, dementia, depression, eating disorders, grief, clients who identify as LGBTQIA+, mood disorders, OCD, relationship difficulties, and trauma. She also conducts diagnostic assessments for children and adults.
Erin adopts a collaborative and nonjudgmental approach that focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship. Her therapeutic style is flexible, analytical, inclusive and neuroaffirmative. She draws upon Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), compassion-focused therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, schema therapy and solution-focused therapy.
Erin has a Doctor of Clinical Psychology at Deakin University. Her research
background includes emotion regulation difficulties related
to Trichotillomania (hair-pulling), obsessional slowness in OCD and identifying transdiagnostic factors across substance use.

Chaya is very passionate about helping others in difficult circumstances and through mental health challenges. She is particularly interested in working with children and giving them the best start in life. She believes that early intervention is the key to achieving long-lasting positive changes in clients’ lives.
Chaya also has extensive experience in working across the life span. She delivers individualised and client-centered support which empowers clients and helps them reach their full potential. Chaya has the ability to engage well with each client at their level. She is able to tailor her interaction, communication and treatment approach, appropriate for each client.
Chaya practices in a warm, calm and engaging manner. She treats each client as a special and unique individual, making them feel heard and worthy of support. Chaya has experience in working with depression, anxiety, ADHD/ASD, life-related stress, maternal/post-natal health, behavioural management, anger, emotional regulation and grief/loss etc. along with experience in psychological assessment.

Sam is a registered psychologist who integrates Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) into his practice. Deeply committed to the principles he advocates, he aligns his personal and professional life with values of resilience, balance, and growth.
Sam has experience working across the lifespan with a range of presentations such as anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, autism, ADHD, stress management, personality disorders and relationship issues.
With a background as a personal trainer, Sam also recognises the strong connection between physical and mental health, incorporating fitness as a key element of well-being. His passion for Japanese culture and martial arts further informs his approach, instilling discipline, mindfulness, and adaptability into his daily life and clinical work.
A strong advocate for positive psychology, Sam is dedicated to exploring how individuals can cultivate a life of purpose, resilience, and joy. He firmly believes in helping people move beyond merely surviving life’s challenges to actively thriving by embracing their strengths and fostering meaningful growth.
His ongoing research and reflection focus on practical strategies to enhance flourishing and promote well-being, both in himself and those he works with.
