Practice Manager
Renae Potts is the practice manager for Psychservive and has completed a “fundamentals of Practice Management” course as part of her training. She has worked alongside other practice managers to grow the clinic and aims to give customer-centric care. Her goal is to foster a safe environment for everyone who chooses our fantastic team at Psychservice.
Outside of work, I am studying my honours year of a Bachelor of Science at the University of Melbourne, majoring in Pathology, on the topic of “COVID-19 and thrombosis.” I have a passion for the health field and aspire to raise awareness of the importance of looking after your health, physical and mental alike. In my free time, I enjoy playing music (Piano, guitar, and singing) as well as sports such as cheerleading and running. As well as English, I also can speak conversational French.
I am currently working at Psychservice on:
Tuesday: 9 am – 7 pm
Thursday: 9am – 7pm

My name is Aleks. I am a political theory major at the University Melbourne planning to do an honours thesis next year. In my spare time I enjoy making music and playing in my band, watching movies at the cinema, and cooking meals with people I love. I’ve always had a keen interest in psychology and am excited to be a part of this wonderful admin team. I’ll always be here to help you and make you feel comfortable as best I can.

Hi, I’m Ria, a member of the admin team at the clinic. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Melbourne and my aspiration is to become a psychologist. Outside of work and studies, I enjoy walks at sunset, practicing pilates, going to concerts, and capturing moments and memories through photography.
My goal is to foster a warm and inviting atmosphere for every client, ensuring a welcoming experience for all. I look forward to assisting you and making your experience at the clinic as pleasant as possible!

Hi, my name is Eloise Klassen and I’m excited to have joined the admin team at Psychservices. I’ll be at the front desk and at the phone to help organise appointments and answer any questions you may have about the clinic. I’m currently studying writing and editing at RMIT and am a massive reader (book recommendations encouraged!).
Outside of work, I love to do cheerleading, dance and gymnastics as well as hanging out with my friends! I aspire to make your time at the clinic as comfortable as possible and look forward to meeting all of you.
